Special Course Offering Scheduled for June 2009 at URI!
Coastal Inundation Mapping June 25 & 26, 2009 |
This course is being offered by the NOAA Coastal Services Center, in partnership with the URI Geospatial Extension Program, URI Coastal Institute, and the URI College of the Environment and Life Sciences. It will be held at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI. Class size is limited to just 15 students. This special training opportunity will be provided at no charge to participants. Morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided; lunch will be on your own. Prerequisites: This class requires that participants have taken Introduction to ArcGIS or possess equivalent experience. Preference will be given to applicants who work in Rhode Island, and whose work clearly address coastal inundation issues.
